CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation occurs within one week before the reserved date, a full refund will be given. If cancellation occurs within one week but before 48 hours of the reserved date, ½ refund will be given. There is no refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours.*

The required deposit for the first day in the amount of $50.00 will be returned to members if the equipment is returned at the end of the day. Otherwise it is forfeited.

Members and non-members alike are required to return the equipment at the end of each day.

If you finish after 4:30 p.m., the guards on the first floor lobby will put the equipment in the Bar Office for you, so there is no reason not to return it on a daily basis, even if you have rented it for more than one day.

* This has become necessary because the equipment, at times, has been reserved for several days or longer and then not used. Other attorneys have been unable to use it because of this.
