IN CHAMBERS WITH THE HONORABLE JULIE L. GLASS
One of the first things you notice when you enter the chambers of Baltimore County Circuit Courts Judge Julie L. Judge Glass, who is currently sitting on the Criminal docket, will be moving to the family docket in January 2015.
